A small flame appeared in front of you.
You weren't sure if you were dead, or worse, alive.
"Morning, or should I say, evening?"
You looked up to see Steve looking down at you, his smile visible, thanks to the flame.
You were about to spit back a retort, when you realized there was a muzzle on you.
"Mmmamm!?" You screamed 'Why is there a muzzle on me?!' but it came out as nonsense.
"Like it? I got it from a friend." He leaned down so you were face to face.
He chuckled as you glared at him, "You're like a little dog, one who has been very, very bad."
You looked into his eyes. They weren't an odd shade of blue, no, they were their normal greenish-blue.
You smiled, the smile carrying from your covered mouth to your eyes, adding a gleam to them.
"Mm m mm m m mmmm."
He looked at you, confused.
"What?"
"Mm m mm m m mmmm!" You repeated.
"I can't understand you."
You rolled your eyes and repeated yourself, before he got frustrated and undid part of your muzzle.
"What?!"
You stood to your full height and said,
"Green is not a creative color."
He looked at you in confusion before you spun and kicked him in the head, knowing it wouldn't stop him.
Someone stepped from the shadows just as Steve was about to lunge at you.
"Calm down. Allow me to speak to the mortal."
You sat down and looked up as the previously captured demigod appeared.
"Green is not a creative color," You repeated as you saw his outfit.
He shook his head, clearly confused at the reference.
"You were looking into his eyes, I'm sure you thought I was the cause of this."
You repeated your previous statement, and he continued, ignoring you.
"I didn't need to do anything. The Soldier was broken down inside, I needn't do anything to get him beneath my control. If it meant either harming you or winning you, or both, he would do as I said."
"Green is not a creative color."
"I didn't have to do anything, this was all him. He wanted you so badly that he-"
"Green is not a creative color."
"Did whatever I asked." The demigod finished, obviously irritated. "Put the muzzle back on her, Soldier."
Steve nodded, and soon the muzzle was back around your lips, restricting your speech.
"Mm m mm m m mmmm."
Loki leaned down, looking you in the eyes.
"Are you wondering how I escaped?"
"Mm m mm m m mmmm."
"Or not," Steve intervened, looking straight at you.
"Mm m mmmm m, mmm m mm mmm, mmm m mm mmm mm m."
"She's saying something different," Steve spoke to Loki. "Should we see what she's saying."
Loki waved his hand, "Do as you wish." Before disappearing.
Steve undid the muzzle and listened,
"Listen to your heart, listen to the rain, listen to the voices in your brain."
He looked at you, confused, before putting the muzzle on you once more.
"Mm m mm m m mmmm."

“If you so desperately want me to leave then I will leave! But you will never see me or your child ever again!” The actress sobbed and left the room.
Your head laid on Steve’s lap, both of you were in the Stark Tower, watching a Spanish soap opera. You had convinced Steve to watch the show with you; making him just as enthralled with the series as you were. You were spending your last few days with Steve before he left for his mission in Japan. You slightly frowned at the thought.
Of course, who would like their boyfriend going on deadly missions; super solider or not.

I Missed You (Steve X Reader)
Of all the people dancing, laughing, drinking, chatting, and just overall having a good time, there was only one woman who was not enjoying herself.
It's been 3 months. 3 months without your blue eyed soldier by your side. You remembered wanting to punch Fury in the eyepatch for informing you that you were not going to wake up to your husband's gentle butterfly kisses each morning.
He was on a mission, you had wanted to go with, but Steve, being to overprotective had denied your request.
Your contact was limited, partially because of the signal, and because enemy lines could hack the system to trace his location. So You didn't risk it. Th

Steve X Reader - Remember the Fallen
The warm sunlight shone in through the open window as the smell of coffee roused you from your deep slumber. You stretched with a yawn before dragging yourself out of bed and padding into the kitchen. The pleasant scent grew stronger as you paused in the doorway. Steve was seated at the counter, eyes glued to the television. This was strange considering that your husband wasn't usually very interested in what was on television, and when combined with the fact that the normally attentive blond hadn't registered your presence, worthy of concern.
"Steve?" You slid into the seat next to him, watching his face for any indication that he'd heard
